Eligibility Criteria
- Learners aged 16 or more can enroll in the OTHM Level 3 Diploma in Business Management.
- Learners must possess the necessary capabilities as decided by CIT to undertake learning and examination.
Assessment method
- All units within this qualification are internally assessed by the CIT institute and externally verified by OTHM.
- Assessment is criterion-referenced and focuses on meeting established learning outcomes.
Completion of this diploma supports learners in either advancing to university or directly entering the workforce in the business sector. You will also be eligible for further studies like the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management.

OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management
The OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management provides you with a solid foundation for various organizational roles. Eligibility Criteria
This course is designed for learners aged 18 and above, with entry profiles including at least one of the below-mentioned criteria
- Level 3 Diploma or equivalent
- GCE Advanced levels in 2 subjects, or
- Mature learners (above 21 Years) with management experience.
- Evidence of English language competency as per OTHM requirement.
Successful completion of the OTHM Level 4 Diploma opens up employment opportunities. Also, eligibility for the OTHM Level 5 Extended Diploma in Business Management or direct entry into the second year of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree program as it is Ofqual regulated.

It is designed in a way that covers theoretical and practical knowledge of business scenarios, business law, marketing, human resources, management accounting, decision-making, and understanding the requirements for starting a new business thereby developing you for the challenges faced by managers and professionals.

- GCE Advanced levels in 3 subjects, or

- Must meet English Language Expectations as per OTHM requirement
Completion of the OTHM Level 5 Extended Diploma leads to opportunities for educational advancement. This program is Ofqual regulated so learners can also get direct entry into the third year of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree program.
